Replace your pre-printed forms and checks with electronic forms on most standard laser printers, convert them to PDF, and electronically file and e-mail the forms. Use FormFlex to design any form directly on your IBM Power Systems (IBM i, System i, iSeries, AS/400). The FormFlex print process will take care of finding the spooled files and corresponding Electronic Forms, merge the two together and print the Electronic Forms directly on your existing laser printers.

FormFlex Electronic Forms software replaces pre-printed forms and checks with electronic overlays to print on laser printers, convert to PDF, and electronically file and e-mail.

Secure Checks add-on module adds additional security to FormFlex MICR Laser check printing. Password protects encrypted signatures and the printing process with one or multiple required passwords within the software.

Add division of duties to your check printing process to satisfy any auditor’s requirements for security.
Assign multiple profiles to allow, for example, set A/P checks to require a different password than Payroll.
Assign specific duties, such as editing, bank account set up and printing by password.
Assign multiple passwords to individual signatures requiring additional authorization to print signatures on checks.
Use off-the-shelf PCL printers; requires no additional hardware.

eSign electronic signature module lets you electronically sign documents and checks to print on laser printers, without form overlay software, and includes the following features:

Eliminate the hassle of signing equipment / hardware and improve security on multiple levels.
Store digitized signatures on the IBM i - the most secure platform anywhere!
Print signatures with any HP-compatible laser printer.
Condition signatures based on variable spool data (example: only sign checks under $10,000).
Assign up to two signatures per document (example: checks over $5,000 require two signatures).

E2Fax Interface add-on module interfaces to internet fax services to send fax documents through the Internet without hardware or additional phone lines! 

Automatically fax electronic forms directly from the IBM i and PC Desktop.
Assign users unique fax number to receive incoming faxes via e-mail. No need for expensive DID equipment.
Eliminates the need for fax machines, expensive fax servers, cables and modems, and dedicated phone or Telco lines – less to maintain.
Also interfaces to legacy KeyesFax and FastFax solutions.
