Cilasoft Launches Revolutionary Database Auditing Software

Cilasoft Security Solutions today announced the introduction of a revolutionary System i Database Auditing tool that enables security officers and IT auditors to be alerted when a user simply views a sensitive database record. In development for over two years, the new software enables customers to meet the rigid PCI requirement to monitor all access to sensitive credit card information.

Prior to the introduction of this software, database record access audit-ability was limited to reporting add/change and delete events. Never before could a customer audit and report on the "View Record" database event on the System i in an integrated commercial security solution.
